At Astrolab, I operate as the primary backend engineer on Talinty while also owning major frontend delivery tracks. That means scaling a multi-tenant ATS serving 200K+ users across 30+ enterprise clients, building recruiter-facing workflows, and translating Figma designs into live products without design handoff gaps.
I work comfortably in client-facing environments where requirements are incomplete, deadlines are real, and technical decisions cannot wait. I scope independently, communicate directly with stakeholders, and use Claude with custom rules, reusable prompts, and skill-based workflows to move faster without lowering engineering standards.
