Key Achievements

Primary backend engineer on Talinty, a multi-tenant ATS serving 200K+ users across 30+ enterprise clients, with architecture focused on speed, reliability, and strict tenant isolation.

Cut P95 API latency by 60%+ using Redis caching at 95%+ hit rate, circuit breakers, and tighter query paths on the busiest platform endpoints.

Built the BullMQ processing layer from the ground up, handling 2,000+ jobs/min across emails, reports, and candidate pipeline events with real-time WebSocket updates.

Took full ownership of the Talinty Super Admin: received the Figma designs, built the entire React/TypeScript product from zero, and shipped the production release independently.

Built the Create/Patch Job experience end-to-end, covering draft and publish states, sortable recruitment workflow setup, team review assignment, and assessment configuration in one cohesive flow.

Translated Assessment Platform Figma designs into a deployed production app with proctoring, multilingual UX, and a multi-format question engine including in-browser code execution via Pyodide.

Led backend architecture for X-Formality, turning ambiguous client requirements into a working LegalTech system design using NestJS, AWS Textract, and OpenAI for OCR-driven document classification and extraction.

Use Claude daily with project-scoped custom rules, reusable prompt workflows, and context-aware sessions to increase delivery speed without compromising code quality.

Mentored interns through production code reviews; multiple candidates achieved highest honors on their assessed deliverables.
